To Our Customers;
United Valley Bank continues to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the implications it has for our customers, the communities that we serve, and our valued employees.
As of March 19, 2020, we have made the decision to close all of our United Valley Bank lobbies until further notice. Our drive-up windows will remain open and staffed during normal banking hours. The night depositories and ATM will be available 24/7. We encourage you to fully utilize our website (www.uvbank.net), internet banking, mobile banking, and tele-banking. Please rest assured, you will still have access to all United Valley Bank services.
Access to our lobby and to our bank officers will have to be made by appointment only, with your local branch bank. Please call your local United Valley Bank branch telephone number. However, be prepared to answer a few health and travel-related questions. If you are presently under self-quarantine or have concerns about your present health, please do not request to enter our banks. We will make other arrangements to try to accommodate your financial needs.
We encourage you to fully utilize our website (www.uvbank.net), tele-banking and mobile banking services. Please reach out to your local branch office, and we can assist you with any of these convenient banking services.
Please be extra diligent to identify and avoid fraud in these stressful times. Fraudsters seek to take advantage of uncertainty surrounding events like this with scams like malware in email attachments, phishing schemes designed to obtain personal information and login credentials, fake medical supply offers and even dishonest donation sites. If you have a question about a financial transaction, contact us here at United Valley Bank, and we will do what we can to help.
In closing, United Valley Bank and all of our employees will continue to monitor all news and developments relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19). We will continue to post these updates to our website, Facebook page and other means of communication to you our valued customers.
Sincerely,
Barry Hanson
President/CEO

To Our Customers;
United Valley Bank continues to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the implications it has for our customers, the communities that we serve, and our valued employees. We have a Pandemic Policy in place, and we are working every day to provide a safe and clean environment at all of our banking locations. We will continue to provide ongoing updates as deemed necessary by Bank Management. These updates will be distributed via our website, social media, and notices in our lobby and drive-up windows.
As of today, we are providing ongoing, regular banking services at our normal hours. With that being said, we encourage customers to choose the drive-up rather than the lobby. If an outbreak worsens in any specific location, we have contingency plans in place to reduce lobby traffic and person-to-person contact. We will, of course, communicate these local changes as they develop.
We encourage you to fully utilize our website (www.uvbank.net), tele-banking and mobile banking services. Please reach out to your local branch office, and we can assist you with any of these convenient banking services.
For further information on COVID-19, please visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.
Finally, please be extra diligent to identify and avoid fraud in these stressful times.
Thank you for your business. We encourage you to follow social distancing guidelines that are in place, but at the same time look for your neighbors who may be in need. We’re going to get through this together.
Sincerely,
Barry Hanson
